Deze Coliving Boutique Villa ligt op een bevoorrechte locatie aan de Golf Costa Adeje, ten zuiden van Tenerife. Het ligt tegenover het gloednieuwe Royal River Luxury Hotel. Het biedt een fantastisch uitzicht op het westen, de green van de golfbaan en ook een prachtig uitzicht op zee tussen Tenerife en La Gomera. Het maakt elk diner dus extra bijzonder als de zon 's avonds in zee ondergaat. In het zuiden genieten we van een betoverend uitzicht op de baaien van Los Cristianos, Las Americas en de kust in het algemeen. s Nachts kunt u fantastische lichten waarnemen, vooral wanneer de volle maan boven de bergen uitkomt. Our coliving in Tenerife concept is based on a lot of privacy within the villa. Our beautiful villa which has been refurbished as the perfect co-living. You can live and work in our boho style villa with outside kitchen and bar. There are several lounge areas around the pool. In addition, all our rooms are like studios with a private terrace, a sofa, an office and a private bathroom. There is even one with a kitchenette. The living room can also be used as a coworking office. And if you don’t feel like working, go play golf as we are situated in the middle of Golf Costa Adeje considered to be the best on the island. Padel courts are never far away either.
Er zijn 4 slaapkamers, 1 studio en 1 appartement (2023) met 2 slaapkamers voor verschillende budgetten en behoeften. Elke kamer kan 2 personen herbergen. Onze kamers met badkamer ensuite zijn van 15m2 tot 25m2, en een privé terras van 25m2 tot 50m2, met voldoende privacy indien gewenst.
The garage can be used for scooters and cars free of charge. There is free parking next to the hotel Royal River and on the parking from the Golf Costa Adeje.
