Nestled between Málaga and Marbella, Ojalá Casa is unfolding on a sprawling 8.000 m² plot as a private oasis designed for modern coliving. Surrounded by nature yet just minutes from the vibrant beaches of the Costa del Sol, this is a place where focus and freedom meet. Our vision is to complete the full concept by 2027, creating a refined, fully integrated coliving estate that blends privacy, community, and effortless Mediterranean living.
The main building will feature 12 independent bedrooms, each designed as a private micro-apartment with its own kitchen, bathroom, office space, and private terrace. Every resident enjoys autonomy and comfort while still being part of a dynamic, international community.
At the heart of the property lies the pool area, envisioned as the social soul of Ojalá Casa. A stylish bar, generous lounge zones, BBQ area, and sun loungers invite long afternoons under the Andalusian sun. In winter, a cosy corner with a wood stove creates warmth and atmosphere. The semi outdoor bar and kitchen, together with the spacious terrace, are designed for shared dinners, sunset gatherings, and spontaneous conversations with fellow colivers.

On the slightly lower eastern side of the estate, between the old olive trees, a boutique glamping site will host fully equipped luxury tents. Each tent will offer complete comfort including a private toilet, shower, and sink, combining the magic of outdoor living with hotel level convenience.
On the western side, nestled between olive trees, several fully equipped tiny houses will be integrated into the landscape. Each tiny house will include a kitchen, bathroom, office space, and private terrace, offering a unique blend of independence and connection within nature.
