Huurvoorwaarden

1. RESERVATIE

De reservatie gebeurt via de boekingsmodule van de website. Vergeet niet uw identiteitsgegevens, adres, boekingsperiode te vermelden alsook het totaalbedrag en het bedrag van het te storten voorschot. Zodra de reservatie is uitgevoerd heeft is deze bindend en verklaart u zich akkoord met onze algemene voorwaarden.

2. BETALING

Het appartement is eigendom van

De reservatie is pas een definitieve boeking na ontvangst van 40% van de totale huursom en de poetskosten op onze bankrekening.

Het saldo (60%) van de huursom en de poetskosten + de waarborg dient overgeschreven te worden uiterlijk 6 weken voor de start van uw verblijf.

Voor “late” boekingen/reservaties  (binnen de 6 weken van de start van het verblijf) moet het totale bedrag (100% huursom + waarborg) volledig betaald te worden binnen de 8 dagen na reservering en in ieder geval voor de aanvang van de huurperiode.

REGISTRATION DATA

Als u zich op onze website registreert, slaan wij de door u gekozen gebruikersnaam en uw e-mailadres op, evenals alle aanvullende persoonlijke informatie die aan uw gebruikersprofiel is toegevoegd. U kunt uw persoonlijke informatie op elk moment zien, bewerken of verwijderen (behalve het wijzigen van uw gebruikersnaam). Websitebeheerders kunnen deze informatie ook zien en bewerken.

COMMENTS

Wanneer u commentaar achterlaat op de website verzamelen wij de gegevens die in het commentaar formulier worden getoond, en ook het IP-adres en de browser user agent string om spam te helpen opsporen.

Ticksy provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. 7. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.
