Our coliving in Tenerife concept is based on a lot of privacy within the villa. Our beautiful villa which has been refurbished as the perfect co-living. You can live and work in our boho style villa with outside kitchen and bar. There are several lounge areas around the pool. In addition, all our rooms are like studios with a private terrace, a sofa, an office and a private bathroom. There is even one with a kitchenette. The living room can also be used as a coworking office. And if you don’t feel like working, go play golf as we are situated in the middle of Golf Costa Adeje considered to be the best on the island. Padel courts are never far away either.

There are 5 bedrooms and 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms for an array of budget and requirements. Each bedroom can host 2 persons. Our rooms with ensuite bathroom are from 15m2 to 25m2, private terrace from 30m2 to 50m2, providing you enough privacy if wanted.

The garage can be used for scooters and cars free of charge. There is free parking next to the hotel Royal River and on the parking from the Golf Costa Adeje.
