The checkin is foreseen after 2pm. But feel free to arrive earlier, hang out in the common parts and meet everyone. Or just chill in the lounge or sunbeds. With your entry code you can arrive at any time you want, if it’s late beware to not make any noise!​

We have a dedicated webpage for the checkin with directions and photos making it super easy. The entry code will be given to you private by whatsapp. If you arrive by car and no parking is available, you can park at the Golf court.

The communication is foreseen via whatsapp.

You get clean room with fresh sheets and towels. Toiletpaper, shower gel and shampoo to start with. Each room has its own toilet and bathroom. Enjoy also your private terrace. ​

If there’s anything needing attention in your room, just send a picture and some comments via whatsapp to the owner. This also prevents issues at the checkout.​

In order to feel comfortable in your room, you can adapt (slightly) its decor for longer stays. Make sure you leave the place in its original state. ​

The terraces by the pool are commun area. You will find a spot to chill or to interact with the other guests. On a regular base our pool and garden are cleaned.​

Once a week the common parts of the house are cleaned. If you join us for a longer time and you want to have yours cleaned, just let us know a few days upfront. The cleaning of Hole in One costs 35€, the other rooms 25€.​

You should pay upfront. If you want to stay longer, decide asap because your room can be booked any time on Airbnb or on our own website Ojala.casa.​

The rental guarantee of 300€ is to be paid at the reservation.

If you wish to leave before the end of your agrement, we will have to find a new tenant for the room. The rent of the room is due until the new tenant is found. There is an administrative fee of 300€ if successful.​

You can scan the Wifi code upon arrival. Throughout the house we have a decent and fast working fiber WiFi​

Tidy up the room, put the sheets and the towels on the floor and make a checkout video. Send it to our whatsapp number. Once our cleaning team confirmed, your guarantee will be reimbursed. The checkout is due latest at 10am. ​

If you want to stay longer than a month, let us know asap to foresee this. Reservation requests can be done several months in advance. Also you will need you to pay 2 weeks upfront. If your payment is not received on time, your room will vacant online​
