Recently refurbished with modern comforts, the villa offers an inviting outdoor space featuring lounge areas around the pool, a shower, an outdoor kitchen/bar, and spacious terraces with both sun-soaked and shaded areas. Our coliving in Tenerife concept is based on a lot of privacy within the villa.

Inside, you’ll find a shared living room with a cozy sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for socializing or working. The villa features five spacious bedrooms and a two-bedroom apartment, each with ensuite bathrooms, private terraces (30-50m²), and studio-style amenities such as sofas and dedicated office areas—one even includes a kitchenette for added convenience.

Nestled next to the luxurious Royal River Hotel, the villa boasts breathtaking views of the golf course, ocean, and La Gomera, creating an idyllic setting for sunset dinners or relaxing evenings under the stars.  We enjoy captivating views on the bays of Los Cristianos, Las Americas and the coast in general. At night, you can observe fantastic lights, especially when the full moon rises above the mountains. With direct access to Golf Costa Adeje, the island’s premier golf course, as well as nearby padel courts and beautiful beaches, it’s the ideal location for both relaxation and recreation.
